Heritage Grand at Sienna Apartments

Lived at this property for 5+ years now, and just resigned my lease. One of the main reasons why is Mohammad, and Lochah in the front office are doing a great job running things smoothly. This has been the BEST maintenance team I have ever experienced. William does an amazing and precise job at keeping things running and looking beautiful. I do wish the management company would renovate the units though, fingers crossed!

I’ve lived at this property for 3 years. Since Mohammed has taken over as property manager, I’ve felt seen and heard as a tenant. He truly listens the my concerns and/ or feedback, and he genuinely puts forth every effort to accommodate every tenant and meet them where they are. He ensures the property is pristine from front to back. Although these are apartments, Mohammed truly makes my living experience here feel like home.

Lochah in the leasing office was so nice. Very down too earth and real. She was very informative and professional! Answer all my questions about the apartment. Touring the apartment with her felt like looking at apartments with your homegirl. Even though I decided to go towards another direction when it comes down to the apartment but just by my experience with her alone had me ready to move in immediately.

⭐ DO NOT RENT AT HERITAGE GRAND SIENNA ⭐ This is hands-down the worst, most chaotic, and unsafe apartment experience. 1. Roaches & Useless Pest Control They FORCE tenants to pay monthly pest control fees, but nothing actually happens. Roaches literally fly around your apartment at night while management tells you to “chase down pest control yourself.” Paying for service you never get? Ridiculous. 2. Valet Trash Fees Are a Scam $35/month for valet trash…on specific days only. Off-days? Store garbage in your apartment cosif you leave it on the balcony while raccoons destroy it while you still pay $15 for hauling the trash. Pure theft. 3. Management is Manipulative & Corrupt Front desk gives contradictory information & answers every time you ask a question. They act professional on the sur

I moved because my apartment was ant infested, I complained about it, but nothing was done. Apartment manager was supposed to do a walkthrough with the pest control guy, neither never came. I had ants EVERYWHERE. Every day, I was throwing food away. Ants were getting into food that had not even been open yet. It was terrible. When I finally moved, I had to air my furniture out and spray it, because ants was inside of Everything. It was terrible. The apartment complex itself was ok, management works with you, they are nice. But apartment 1217 needs to be fumigated. When my neighbors advised that I was the 3 person in this apartment, in last 2-3 years. Now I see why. People are living out their lease and then moving, due to the infestation of the ants.
