Heritage Estates at Wells Branch (55+ community)

We rented an apartment here for my dad, and when we received the keys, the unit was in terrible condition. The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen were extremely dirty and unacceptable for move-in. The office manager was physically present in the apartment with us, saw the condition herself, and stated that she would send a cleaning crew because it was not acceptable. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, no cleaning crew was ever sent. We ultimately had to pay out of pocket to have the apartment professionally cleaned. Very disappointing experience

Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, and her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting Ceyanne, who also extended a warm welcome and made us feel valued and special. Great place to live, the maintainance has a bit to be desired, were under new mgt., we will have to see how it goes, hallways and elevator needs much more attention to be clean.

The property is beautiful..Sadly only for seniors so I couldn't apply but it is such a beautiful place, looks clean.

The Hallways are not clean.There is not guard to watch the Bldg Seniors or Disable needs,for being a third age community
