The Balters have been my landlords for the last 5+ years. My husband and I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience with them. They are incredibly kind and helpful whenever something around our home has come up. Throughout COVID, they were very supportive and allowed us to get a family dog because they knew how much it would mean to us. We have loved our time in our Redwood home and feel so lucky to have found it, and the Balters. We are eternally grateful for all they've done for us as their tenants.

I lived in one of their units for 5 years and had a great experience. Things were always fixed very quickly and the management was very kind and understanding. I've had a lot of landlords and this one was the best.

Read the emails and then you will see what you are dealing with. If you have experienced the same thing please dont hesitate to contact me, I'm speaking with my lawyer and I'm building a case. From reviewing other reviews online of managemet not keeping building in livable conditions or doing things as such. Don't waste your put your credit or money at risk.

I lived in apt D a little over a year and all I can say is that I am completely satisfied with their customer service. As soon as I blew a fuse or the refigerator stopped working they were repaired or replaced in a timely fashion.
