The owners of the home, Clarissa and Joel Ragar, delivered the property to the renters in an unsanitary condition, including mold present in the dishwasher. The home was not professionally cleaned after the owners themselves vacated the property and prior to the renters moving in. After residing in the home for two years, the renters fully complied with and exceeded their obligations at move-out. They paid for professional carpet cleaning and hired a cleaning crew to thoroughly clean the property. The home was demonstrably cleaner than it was at the beginning of the tenancy. Property manager Brett Henry conducted the move-out inspection and explicitly told the renters that the home looked good, was clean, and that there were no issues. I visit the one of probably Friday and paid application fee for whole family any way they send email like we waiting your landlord regarding the history of payment. Then say ohh we have give to someone else at weekend , so if like that why I paid application or why I bother my landlord for write letter like they are good tenant. Totally unprofessional property management service except Denise she was nice person when show the place .

I worked with Henry Property Management for my two rental properties in Cary, NC (Franklin Chase and Carpenters Village) from 2008 until 2025. They provided OK service for years, but after the original owner, Debbie, sold the business a few years ago and the new ownership took over, their performance became exceptional. The new team is incredibly detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive in managing both the tenants' and owners' needs . They made the entire process seamless, from tenant screening to property maintenance. These folks are the real deal. I have another property (OR) where the management company isn't bad, but they don't come close to HPM's professionalism! My experience with them - no matter how challenging the tennant or HOA or equipment issue is - is that they're VERY detailed, thorough, lay out recommended solutions and then follow-through on the direction. There is no debate in my mind that these folks go above and beyond. The entire team is a joy to work with, but Jenna in particular, has been a god-sent! If you're still deciding - worry not. Your property will be in great hands. Very impressed!

Surprisingly great! They are openly communicative and respond to urgent maintenance requests with help as soon as humanly possible. Note that you will need to enroll in the resident benefit package - the perks in my opinion are not worth the extra monthly charge, but you can at least get a discount on this if you have your own renter's insurance. Unfortunately, most leasing companies are doing this now.
