I honestly loved and miss living here! Loved how I felt safe! People keep go themselves. Friendly neighbors though. I loved how the walls were thick expect the ceiling wall …those were not… Only downside is the residents. I can tell the type of residents were a careless and lack the motivation to keep the place clean. I totally understand this place is a hit or miss depending the building you live in!!!! I will be honest about that. I really do miss living here. Put there is much newer apartment out there nowadays! I think parking can be a struggle. I do think the buildings are old. Front office was always friendly and helpful! I think the residents were a big problem!!! Very careless and lack of consequences towards them since sometimes they play very loud music in the parking lot. The y

Moving in can be stressful, but Alejandra and Jaclynn turned the whole thing into a surprisingly smooth experience. These two work like a well-oiled tag team. Alejandra brings the warm welcome and easy conversation that instantly puts you at ease, and Jaclynn is the “details master” who makes sure the paperwork, codes, and confirmations all line up exactly how they should. Between Alejandra’s friendliness and Jaclynn’s efficiency, I felt like I was being handed off between two pros who actually enjoy what they do. They kept everything organized, explained what I needed, and got me settled in with zero chaos. Honestly, a great duo to have greeting you on move-in day. Highly recommend starting your Henry Heights experience with these two.

Cute complex with super spacious units. Management has changed a few times since I first moved in. The most helpful staff in the past and present have been Ivy and Trenton. Ivy was so kind and helpful during her time here, and Trenton has currently been helpful and responsive. While I’ve had some frustrating issues with my apartment, Trenton and the maintenance team have gone above and beyond to help resolve them, which I really appreciate. It’s also worth noting that, like many places in Austin, pest control is something renters should expect to deal with occasionally. It’s not fun dealing with roaches, but we live in Texas and unfortunately it’s something i’ve experienced at every apartment complex i’ve lived in that’s located in Austin. I have lived here for about a month and I love it. My loft is amazing. Beautiful and quiet property. Alejandra and Jaclynn made moving in so easy! 5/5 highly recommended!!
