Hendrix Farms by Mungo Homes

We purchased a new construction home from Mungo Homes in the Hendrix Farms community in Lexington, SC, and unfortunately our experience has been frustrating. To start with the positives: our sales agent Diane was great to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us through the process. It often felt, however, like her hands were tied by corporate policies and decisions outside of her control. Our site builder was also a good person on a personal level, but we never felt like he truly advocated for the level of quality you would expect in a home at this price point.
