Henderson Park

I have lived here for over a year. Thin walls and thin floors, no bugs or pests. very safe. staff is very quick and respectful. Elevator did breakdown a few times but I believe they fixed that issue. I will also add, a piece of gum was stuck to the ceiling of my hallway and the workers ignored it all year and painted over it. Classic.

My family and I have been looking for apartments in many places and in all the leasing offices we have been treated spectacularly, even though all the apartments have already been rented, they have given us information about the apartments, prices and waiting times, but this has been the exception. My wife and daughter went in the past and asked about an apartment, the man who helped them did so very reluctantly, it seemed like he didn't even want to work, he didn't give them any information and simply told them that there was a waiting list. My daughter didn't want to ask him any more because it was obvious that he didn't want to be there or help them. I decided to go today with my daughter and ask about the apartment once again, the same thing, he didn't give us information about the apa

My roommates and I had a great experience at Henderson. The complex was always very clean and the management was great. Our apartment got lots of natural light and any issues we had were always addressed quickly. Highly recommend living here!

Decent. They do a great job on pest control (have never seen a bug inside in over 16 months).

A hidden gem, I love this apartment complex. Sara the leasing manager is great as well.
