I used to live here for 5 years if I think back I can’t imagine to live there in such a disgusting place , the reason I was there is because my ex husband was living there .The area of Sunnyvale it’s beautiful but, the Henderson homes was and probably still are a nest of rats, cucarachas, Falling a part of houses, disrespectful management, I remember always I’ve had the feeling they are doing me a favor for living in this trash old containers calling them homes. Incredible ridiculous expensive to live in this place!!!!! I couldn’t believe they charge now 2025 almost $4000.00 OMG. Owner it’s so rich and taking advantage of people in need for a place to work n live .in CA Very Bad Karma for all those greedy people.

My Boyfriend and i’s first place together! Our first unit spc 31A was absolutely gorgeous, big windows, tons of natural lighting, well spaced out! No complaints here :)! Management has been receptive to any questions or concerns we’ve had! The place is reasonably priced for the location as we are just off of el camino, close to grocery stores and a block away from a great park :) We just moved into a bigger place in the same mobile home park spc 83. Huge backyard, decent spacing. While the second bedroom is a bit small it’s still quite the steal for the price and location! We have enjoyed staying here and the homes are well maintained for their age :) The park also seems very family and pet friendly as you can see groups kids playing outside with eachother! Our kitty loves the area and

I don't want to give bad review but they compelled me to give this review . I am living in henderson home apartment . From long time I am complaining regarding rats 🐀 issues and moreover old furniture, holes 🕳 are everywhere in the house where rats are coming . I complaint many time in the office but nobody listening me. They comes for inspection once a week but issue is same . Night time rats comes and we can't get good sleep eventhat they doing shit in our grocery,food, fruits. My son got sick many time and has fear of rats 🐀 . When I am parking my car in parking lot they also comes and cut the wires in the car . This is not small issue for me and for future residents.

Excellent staff & I truly enjoy the neighborhood surrounding the park. I was helped when I came into tour by Stefonn who was very nice and informative about pricing and the area I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move into mobile homes

They have 8 guys living in a one bedroom apartment 89 they always block the drive way and park in the fire zone
