I have lived here for a month and it is a great place to live. Great location also. 5 minutes from 283 and 5 minutes from rt30. Turkey Hill Minute market 2 minutes away. 2 grocery stores 5 minutes away. Harrisburg airport 30 minutes away. Hershey Park 30 minutes away. Hotel for out of town guests 5 minutes away. CVS, Tropical Smoothy, Five Guys, Salad Works, Beer distributor, liquor store, Hallmark, Cafe East, UPS all 5 minutes away

Not a safe place to live and maintenance/the office doesn’t care. We had to put in 3 requests just to get our door fixed properly. (They’ll do anything to cut corners and save a buck, just to have to return to fix it again.) The final time, we actually got locked into our apartment due to the door not being fixed properly the first 2 times, which is a horrible FIRE SAFETY ISSUE and probably a huge violation they’d like to cover up, since the office didn’t even acknowledge me when I complained about the incident. We had to climb out our window to get out (if you’re 2nd floor and there’s a fire, good luck). “Emergency” maintenance didn’t even return our call for over an hour. We are dealing with more maintenance requests at this very moment that also don’t get met in a timely manner.

I do not live here but in searching for a place to move, Aubrie was so helpful. We communicated via email and she was prompt, informative, and easy to talk to. She responded to all my questions and made my decision making easy. I wish all customer service interactions, especially within such a stressful decision making process, was as easy as she made it.

I have been here for almost a year. I plan on staying another. I am really happy with the service. Super clean and up to date.
