This was our first and last time using this home inspection company. We were new to buying a home in South Carolina and we had to trust our agents and services like this inspection company. Upon receipt of the home inspection report, we read it thoroughly so that we could make an educated decision about a property. There were no significant items noted. Few months later, we thought it would be prudent to hire an electrician, plumber and HVAC to inspect all the systems in our condo. With the knowledge that we had gotten a home inspection, we did not expect any significant issues. Yet, we did end up with having various unplanned items across each trade. Cody and his company were amazing. I don’t have much to compare, this was my first time getting a home inspection on the residential side but I have been in construction management on the commercial side for 10 years. Not only did Cosy respond to my tight timeframe, his report was very thorough and I felt I went into the next phase of the home buying processes very prepared. The pictures he took were excellent and I don’t think he missed anything. Fair and thorough at a very reasonable rate are the 3 most important things I would want in an inspection and that is what Hello Home Inspection provided. A big bonus was to meet Cody and he is a very personable guy, which makes you feel more at ease in the home buying business. Lucky to have used his company for my first time buying a house.
