I want to give credit where it’s due — Kellie in the office and the maintenance staff are excellent. Kellie is responsive, professional, and truly cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and respectfully. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that consistently does what they say they’ll do.

I have lived here for 2 years and the decline of not only the property but the management is so sad to see. I don’t even know where to begin with the lengthy list of issues this place has. First the reviews about tons of hidden fees is 100% true. There are camera fees, maintenance fees when they fix things, trash butler fees (you can’t opt out of) and regular trash fee, sewer and storm fees, real estate fees, and utility’s for the common areas. The property is unkept and dirty. The pool is filthy. The trash rooms are overflowing with garbage into the halls (see photo below). The garage door has been on and off broken for the entirety of the two years we have lived here. The reviews about car break ins and stolen items are 100% true. Terrible leasing practices. You pay a non-refundable $53 to fill out an application. Once approved 1-3 days later you can hold an apartment for 7 days for $195, which is refundable for only the first 72 hours. They charge a mandatory certified funds fee, so a total of 198.99. The kicker is they will not get you a copy of the lease until after the 72 hours is up (at least they didn't get me a lease to see until 5 days later - this is likely planned). Once I got a copy of the lease it was apparent why the property management company, AMC LLC, has an F rating with the BBB. There are many uncapped fees written into the lease that aren't mentioned during the tour. A) CAM Fees — They can charge you any amount for community upgrades, repairs and costs throughout your lease. B) Additional Fees

There is someone who lives here on the top floor facing the other apartment complex (Outlook) who has their dog outside on the patio barking at all hours of the day, including last night (a Sunday night) until 1 am. I can’t imagine how annoying this is for the neighbors below and next to them, considering we are across the way and can hear it constantly

I see my review got removed! I have lived here since 2022, and it has been really sad to see what was once a great place to live decline in the hands of poor management. I even got some friends and family to move into this complex, and now I feel SO BAD for influencing them to live here. The new management will respond to reviews and act as if they are genuinely concerned with resident issues and actively trying to improve the community, but when you address them in person it is so blatantly obvious how unwilling to help, and unsympathethic they are.
