I started my journey with Alexis. She was helpful in forwarding my information and later assisting me when I thought my application was out the system. I primarily dealt with Elizabeth who was responsive and helpful me navigate through the application process. It took some time, but it was well worth the wait. I truly appreciate all the effort Elizabeth put forward in helping me get to where I am today. Clarence was an absolute pleasure to work with when I came to sign my lease. He had everything ready and the usual lengthy process was over on no time. This was greatly appreciated since I had traveled into town and was exhausted. Clarence was on top of things and friendly. Review for Heirloom Ovation 55+ Apartments My experience with the application process at Heirloom Ovation 55+ Apartments has been extremely disappointing. When we first began the process on 10/24/25, we were given an expectation of a move-in date just a week later. Instead, it was 45+ days of constant back-and-forth, long periods of waiting, and repeated requests for additional or updated documents when we decided to cancel the application process. This caused me stress and more health issues of not knowing where I would be living in the next few weeks. I had to pursue another living situation after 45+ days of waiting for a response. Prestige living, Great staff beautiful environment. They really helped my dad out made him feel welcomed and at home. The process can be a little bit long so be prepared as this is protocol to qualify you. You will enjoy your new place and all of the dining and stores that are nearby. 5 stars for the entire staff they were all extremely helpful, but the Gold Star goes to Clarence. Clarence walked me through the entire process making this a great and simple experience. He made sure all of my question were answered and all of my paperwork was correct and complete. Thank you Clarence for all of your help.

Registered to view apartment, signed up for availability notice and was told two months ago they were in the process of finishing the buildings and they would contact me for my move-in application date. They had not called me back so over the last week I left three voicemails requesting a callback. Terrible service for a prospective tenant!
