Heights of Kennesaw is a solid place. Is it perfect no, but no place is perfect. It’s a solid 4.5. There are a lot of dogs owners who unfortunately don’t pick up their pets poop even though there are bags all around the complex. Other that, maintenance is efficient and they get to you apartment fast. Management is efficient too, they communicate very well (via call, text, email), the resident app works well. Apartment are spacious and updated. Gates have a lot of problems but that is more of a resident problem as people fail to adhere to the rules and cause them to break but they fix it quickly most of the time. Also inspect your apartment well as some things aren’t fixed before you move in.

If they don't like you they will harass you and makeup false accusations to violate you I have been a resident at Heights of Kennesaw for over a year, always paying rent on time and abiding by my lease. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the management team has been deeply troubling and stressful. Over the past several weeks, I have been repeatedly harassed with threats of lease violations and fines — all stemming from misunderstandings that I tried to clarify multiple times in writing. Despite my full cooperation, management has continued to escalate situations unnecessarily, including: Accusing me of having unauthorized occupants based on someone delivering rent on my behalf while I was sick. My husband and I moved to Heights of Kennesaw in April of 2025. We were blown away from the very beginning. The apartment is simply beautiful. It was truly a sense of "moving on up!" The grounds are well kept! The office staff are all friendly. And the maintenance team truly takes care of business! You will love moving here, living here and even the welcoming atmosphere

EDIT : 11/12/2025 Yesterday morning, water began leaking from my walls, ceiling, and even my light fixtures. When I went upstairs to speak with my neighbor, I discovered their kitchen and hallway were also flooding — all because the top apartment left a sink running for hours, causing extensive flooding across two floors. Since it was Veterans Day and the front office was closed, both my neighbor and I called and submitted emergency maintenance requests. It’s now been over 24 hours, and neither of us has heard from anyone. To make matters worse, my maintenance request was marked as “completed” this morning with no attempt to contact me or check on the damage. I pay nearly $2,000 a month in rent and expected a much higher level of responsiveness and care, especially for an emergency situ

Over the last several weeks, I have been subjected to numerous threats, notices, and invasive actions by on-site management and maintenance staff at Heights of Kennesaw that I believe breach my tenant rights, privacy, and fair treatment standards. Despite my attempts to clarify misunderstandings and cooperate in good faith, the management has escalated with fines, threats of lease termination, and demands inconsistent with Georgia landlord-tenant law and the lease itself.
