Heidi Sunkle from Holiday Realty Inc. was a lifesaver recently when we needed to sell my mother’s home at Holiday Lake. I had never had to sell a home before so I was extremely nervous. Heidi patiently and expertly walked us through every step that we needed to take including paperwork, inspections, etc. She made the whole process extremely simple. We had an offer within something like two days of Heidi’s first showing the home. Because I lived two hours away, she even helped drop off paperwork to help speed up the process.
