Heatherwood Apartments

Great location ! Close to everything, supermarkets is walking distance and a plaza with many stores. I lived in Heatherwood for the past 3 years and my favorite part aside from the cozy apartment was the location. If you love nature is a great location , beautiful trail available within walking distance. These apartment are not only cozy, they are spacious and affordable. Would recommend. Maintenance staff is very friendly and The New property Manager Angie is working to ensure this community continues to be great. She also made sure I had a smooth renewal and move out process. Very professional, only moving due to work relocation

The Heatherwood Apartments have been great! The contract process was simple, and the wait time was perfect for our move. We were even allowed to move in boxes early. Management has been very helpful, and the rent is affordable. The location is convenient, with nearby schools, shopping, food options, and gas stations. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here for almost four years now. The location is convenient, and management has consistently upheld the terms of our agreement. Quiet neighbors, loud planes—no complaints! Minor fees—what more could you ask for? Lastly, maintenance could benefit from a few extra hands to keep things running smoothly.

Would not recommend staying here administration is sloppy takes months to get major repairs done only time they do any kind of repairs is when you threaten to withhold rent. Lived here for almost two years management(Angie) lost my rent and threatened that I would be kicked out if i didnt pay so ended up paying rent 2 times in 1 month. Major rat issues that they do nothing to resolve and they made it so i could get out of my lease saying i would get my security deposit back its been months and still i haven’t gotten it honestly they can shove it where the sun doesn’t shine i want nothing to do with that place anymore Only good that can be mentioned is the maintenance guy Steve is awesome he does what he can with what he’s provided with and he’s honest like he’ll tell you straight up. I was able to talk with someone else on the Property Management team and they were incredibly understanding and kind. They made me feel understood about my issues and offered solutions to make me feel comfortable as well as a sincere apology. I appreciate being treated kindly in a less than ideal situation. It took A MONTH to fix my hot water. A month I was without hot water. I would call and they would tell me they came out or they ordered a part or they didn't know what was wrong but i had to wait and wait and wait. And now the outlet next to my sink does not work at all but weirdly the sink will shock you if you put your hand in the running water. This is still not fixed. On top of that now my A/C has gone out. Probably from having to work over time to cool everything down since the at
