Heather Ridge Apartments

My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago and our leasing agent, Bela made the process so smooth! She had answers to all of our questions and provided great guidance. Our apartment was clean upon move in and we’ve had no issues so far.

Never again I would ever rent at this nasty, mouse infested, out dated apartment complex and trying to get top dollar for it. I would think twice of moving here. Just remember that they treat you as if you’re the problem!! The leasing people have attitudes including the manger and maintenance supervisor as well (Steve) Unprofessional good luck if your someone that has ADA issues all rules don’t apply to everyone just some. Your heat and air is regulated due to a boiler system. gaps in the windows so your just throwing money right out and wondering why your 800sqft apartment costs as much as a house utility’s. This place isn’t it….

Just recently moved into Heather Ridge and can proudly say Carlie the leasing agent is the most helpful person I have ever met! She has been nothing but understanding, personable, compassionate, and helpful in every possible way. From the day we planned a tour til the day I needed help filing for reasonable accommodation for my disability. She has been transparent and so friendly through it all Very grateful for her help!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Steve from maintenance for his professionalism and quick responses to our work orders. He is always thorough with the work being done and what solution is to be expected after the repairs are made. He always gives us a call personally to follow up with the work that was done instead of having someone call on his behalf, which is a nice personal touch that we appreciate. Can’t thank our maintenance guys enough for all they do!

My girlfriend and I have not been living at Heather ridge long but what I can say for a FACT is that Carlie was the most helpful agent you could ever find! Around the clock and almost immediately she would respond to emails and answer questions! She was amazing for us and honestly is what made us settle here in the first place! The welcoming environment she provided definitely was a bonus! Great community, Quick maintenance, and overall great vibes!
