Heather stole $4,800 from me through a fraudulent chargeback. She missed a night of vacation and had a loss of $548 that I personally refunded her for. That wasn't enough. She filed a chargeback of $5,200, lied, and was refunded the full amount of her vacation. I had to pay the full amount of her vacation, plus the extra $500 I returned for the hotel room. I own a small business and am the only employee. She took $5,000 out of my family's income based on false claims. I have given her 6 months to repay me and she has ignored me even with all evidence and documentation. Had she even attempted to form a repayment plan I would have been amenable.
