Heather Glen Apartments in West Chester, PA

This is the state of my shower. Heather glen left it like this for entire week before cutting out all of this drywall, which STILL hasn’t been patched yet. Two weeks later. Moldy gross bathroom. Thanks for the urgency Heather Glen!

Heather Glen is a nice community to live in, the neighbors are nice and so is the leasing manager Katie. She is always so quick to answer any questions I have about the property.

Heather Glen is nice community. The units are nice and conveniently located. Everyone I've talked to has been professional and courteous, would definitely recommend.

I would give this review zero stars if I could. Katie doesn’t care about her tenants or their living conditions. Back on November 25, 2023, the bathroom ceiling started leaking in my apartment causing the entire apartment to flood. I attempted to call maintenance, but due to the holiday and it being after hours, I was unable to reach anyone as the phone lines were disabled. The automated message system had no instructions on how to contact maintenance incase of emergency. My only option was to put in a maintenance request in the App. I was forced to live in deplorable conditions the entire weekend. Fast forward Monday the 27th of November they finally sent someone out to inspect the issue. It took their one and only maintenance guy a week to fix the issue. They left loud and obnoxious drye

Heather Glen apartments are a perfect fit if you are looking for a clean environment, great neighborhood and extremely friendly and tentative staff. The property manager Courtney has been amazing to work with throughout the move in process. The apartments are also a very good size for the price you pay. The only thing I would beware of is, if you live on the bottom floor, you will most definitely hear the neighbors above you at all times.
