Heathbriar Apartments

Was decent when I moved in 3/4 years ago, it's gone more down hill than I would have expected. Play music and argue with your room mate all you want, noise doesn't matter here. It's 1am? No problem! Keep the fight club going!

I have lived here for over 5 years and I love it. The most recent landlord has been courteous and on top of things. Apartments are spacious, pool is nice and the grounds are well lit at night. Danielle does a good job taking care of the residents. Highly recommend :)

I been living here for 4 years and these people in the office getting worse every year for starters they don’t give you a 3 day grace period to pay your rent it is late after the first day after the office close at 5 they keep adding extra rules witch I don’t see why when it’s been pretty quiet out here! They just started doin inspections on the apartment they never did that before and they threatened to tow my car because it has expired tags on it.. even tho I still drive it everyday. It just seems like they’re getting bored and wont to piss people off honestly!

The quality of the apartments themselves are abysmal. The door to get into the building would never properly close. The investors really use all their efforts to never spend money to maintain any sense of quality, if it ever existed, on buildings built more than 50 years ago! Management was surreal. They were spoken to on the phone and verbally agreed to speak to meet at the office at 3pm and within the one minute walk to arrive there, the doors were locked and no one was there. What. Requested maintenance for plumbing issues that occurred from day 1 and became suddenly hostile for a normal request. Did not demand anything, plainly said there is an issue with plumbing. This place looks nice but one, they overcharge for everything to the point where it’s not worth it. Car got broken into twice because they wouldn’t put cameras in the parking lot even though they randomly will increase the water bill and pet rent is through the roof. One time all my tires got stolen off of my car and they didn’t even have security to send out there to help. If I could go back I wish I would have read these reviews. You could honestly rent a house and have more space, pay the same amount and not have to deal with the terrible management. There’s new people here now but I doubt they’ll do anything to make this place better, they’re just increasing prices to everything. Definitely am counting down the days to the end of my lease.
