Health Properties manages a lot of units here in Mission Hill. They’ve dropped the ball with managing trash in their properties at 59 S Huntington Ave. Overfilled dumpsters galore, rodents everywhere. Shameful stain on the neighborhood. They have zero accountably and blame others for their own problems. 👎

Poor to mediocre emergency line support. The apartment main door lock core fell out and I had no access to my apartment. I called yesterday at 6:08 pm and left a voicemail. I called the next day in the morning at 10:53 AM and was assured someone would come by and fix the issue. I come back to my place at 7 pm to find no issue fixed. I call the emergency line because I cannot access the main door of the house through no fault of my own. Since its hot outside I wait in my car a couple blocks away. I call at 7:40 and 8:30 pm asking for an update. I am assured that I would be updated. I wait until 9:40 pm and still hear nothing back. I decide to check on the door and its fixed. No call back for update, no nothing…So I was sitting in my car wasting my time. I call the line again asking for an

I lived for a year in one of their apartments on Trapelo Rd in Belmont, and my experience was excellent. The team was always helpful and quick to respond to any repair requests. They are truly honest, professional, and kind people to work with.

I was an out of state resident looking to sign my first lease in Boston last summer and unfortunately fell into the trap that is Heath management group. I cannot speak for all properties, but the management and apartment quality at their Evergreen St. property is abysmal. Within the first month, the ceiling in my apartment began leaking every time it rained causing damage to the ceiling/floor. It took nearly two weeks and a citation from the City of Boston housing dpt. to get it repaired. I also experienced roaches and mice within my unit which I was told by maintenance was “normal” for Boston. Despite pest control coming in every week and maintaining a clean apartment, the problem was never resolved. Heath also allows overcrowding of apartments in this complex despite the lease stating

I have rented for Heath Properties since 2018! ALL my clients have been HAPPY!!! I don’t work for them, I CHOOSE to work for them. They are always in communication and always ethical. Also try to put these reviews and perspective. They rent thousands of apartments every single year. So even one bad review is not even one percent. Just something to think about. To the people who didn’t get security deposits back… Real estate Who makes sure that you return the apartment condition statement within 15 days, you will never be dinged for anything that’s not your fault.
