Heartline Apartments

My partner and I have lived at Heartline for 6 months or so, and it has totally exceeded our expectations. The front desk team is exceptional, the maintenance crew is amazing, and the other tenants are friendly and considerate. It’s the people that make the place so great, but the building itself is wonderful too—the rooftop, gym, cinema, and hub are great spaces and always clean. Can’t say enough good things.

The BEST apartment complex in the Pearl, if I could stay there forever, I would. I miss the building so much! The apartments themselves are very soundproof, the building is always clean, staff and maintenance are always on top of it, and the location is very walkable to food and shopping, with ample street parking near the building for friends or family visiting. Another shout to the staff because they are truly a class act. Literally the best I've encountered. They have always been so helpful and caring, and go beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend the Heartline to anyone looking for a home in the Pearl.

The Heartline is a wonderful place to call my home. From the spacious and modern apartments (I’ve lived in two units!) to the friendly staff and amenities, there is so much to love about the Heartline. The rooftop is perfect for sunset wine and grilling. The fitness center is well-equipped and always clean! The cinema room, with it’s comfy couches, is perfect for entertainting friends who are in town. The social events that building hosts are a great way to build community and get to know your neighbors. I highly recommend living in the Pearl with the Heartline as your next home!

I signed a one year lease at Heartline in June of 2021, and at the three month mark I was already asking to extend my lease another year. Prior to moving into Heartline, I lived in New York City where I lived in high-end residential buildings and smaller pre-war buildings alike. I’ve seen my fair share of management companies, and I’ve experienced all different levels of service. Heck, I work at a company which manages 35,000 properties across the country! If there’s anyone who knows the challenges tenants face with their property’s management staff, it’s me. Let me tell you, Heartline is the place to live if you want peace-of-mind, comfort, an excellent lifestyle and friendly and generous neighbors. Heartline is by far the best building I’ve ever lived in with the best staff and amenities

I truly have so many positive things to say about Heartline, their staff and the building my partner and I have lived and called home for the last 2 years. We had moved to Portland from across the country and are now moving again and we are sad to leave Heartline. If we were staying in Portland, we would absolutely be staying and wouldn’t consider looking elsewhere. The building is beautiful and so well maintained - along with the units. We have lived in 2 seperate apartments during our time and we never had any issues with either. Their communication and care really stands out. Lesley Woltze, Chrissy Lowe and Alex Holman have been amazing.
