I originally called Chad looking for an appraisal on my family farm building site. The appraisal turned into working with him on the actual sale of farm building site. He worked with my elderly Mom and visited her at her assisted living facility to get forms signed. Chad was very helpful and acknowledgeable on a process myself and my family knew not a lot about.
