Customer Reviews
Thankful for Tom fixing all our warranty claims when we moved in to our home. He is fast and efficient and is super knowledgeable and kind!
I recently purchased a Heartland Home and now have an issue with a driveway cracking in the cement pad portions of the driveway. Spoke with a representative of Heartland’s warranty department who said that there is nothing that they are going to do about the cracks throughout the driveway. Extremely disappointed that Heartland Homes is not standing behind the concrete work that they did in this instance.
I have some friends who work for Heartland, and they are good people. But what caused all the problems was one woman in sales not doing her job (not getting her paperwork in on time), which caused a serious delay in our move-in date. She showed no apology for her mistake, and in fact rudely blamed us for her error. The delay caused us to require living with friends and to stay in a hotel for two months. In any case, the house itself was of good quality, few repairs needed to be made. The one major error was that they did not use a proper gradation in the garage, resulting in water leaking underneath the wall, into the rest of the basement (laundry room). We told them about it, and they said this was not under warranty. All I can say is....weak.
They said they're different and respectful towards customer. But unfortunately they're very rude and stubborn. Even after paying 850K for new home they won't entertain any custom request and for very small change and taking less (like removing door/window) they charge a lot for that. Feel disappointed after buying house from them
I live in a Heartland Homes townhouse that was built ~10 years ago, and I'm pretty sure they hired a kindergartener to do their electric work. Half the circuits in the place have blown out in the 3 years I've lived here: the doorbell, the garbage disposal, multiple light switches, the entire garage... It's pathetic. I lived in a house built in the 1940s prior to this and nothing there blew out in twice as many years.
