We are beyond pleased with our new home designed and built by Heartland Builders. The Heartland Team is exceptionally organized and communicative. We were able to ask questions and get quick follow up through the entire process. They also kept to their timeline and addressed any concerns quickly and to our satisfaction, even post move in. Heartland is a top notch, honest and conscientious builder with a qualified and hardworking staff. We highly recommend them!

So happy with our brand new Heartland Builders home. They said 6 moths and they meant it. Broke ground last July 2024 and we moved in January 25. The quality of the build is amazing from foundation to fixtures and everything in between. Using Buildertrend made communication, selections, and additions/subtractions easy to manage and follow. Cindy, Josh, Jen, Michael, and their whole team really came through for us. It's our "forever" home and we couldn't be happier. We would HIGHLY recommend Heartland Builders to any one looking for a home builder in west Michigan. They have awesome designs to choose from and you can customize to your liking as we did. Heartland has an amazing team that does a beautiful job building homes. Their expertise and wonderful communication skills made the process of turning our sketch and ideas into our dream home a fantastic experience. Their follow up after the build was completed has been terrific. I am very pleased with their work.

Heartland was a joy to work with when building our new custom home. Their attention to detail and communication made it the process so easy and enjoyable. We all love coming home and couldn't be happier!

My wife and I began working with Heartland Builders recently to design our future home. Unfortunately, however, circumstances arose that resulted in us no longer pursuing the lot of land we were considering. Cindy and Heartland Builders were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding of our situation, and while we won't be moving forward at this time, we will choose Heartland Builders once we're ready. I highly recommend them as they are very easy to work with, guiding you throughout the steps necessary to get from A to Z, and flexible when life throws you a curveball.
