HearthSide Sugarloaf

Although the Sugarloaf location can’t accommodate me at this time, I wish to thank the leasing manager, Janice, for taking time to fully explain the leasing process and the community’s amenities. She was professional and extremely pleasant. A refreshing change compared to rude employees at other communities.

Recently I called and before I was able to speak, was berated,"..if you're the one calling repeatedly until someone answers, just leave a message and we WILL return your call!" I called once. Afterwards I said "Thank you, and I hope you have a better day."

I was calling around trying to find options for my next move. I called one of the HearthSide locations, and I was told the waiting list was pretty long. But she did refer to another location that may have an opening. I called HearthSide Sugarloaf and spoke with Janice Patterson. She sent me an application and told me everything I needed to go with the application. Upon speaking with her, I felt like I had someone who would help me accomplish this move. She was very knowledgeable and professional, but most of all, kind, especially after I decided against the move. She was very understanding and I feel I can go back and speak with her on what I may need when I make up my mind. Thanks Ms Patterson

Janice, the community manager was extremely helpful in clarifying the ESA policy vs the 35 lb pet weight restriction. She responded the next business day as promised when I asked that question. She espoused the virtues of the active lifestyle for those senior citizens that choose to live in her community. For someone seeking an affordable and great community for a senior citizen to lead an active lifestyle, I would highly recommend HeartSide Sugarloaf.

The machine for the gates really needs to be fixed. This is an ongoing issue! And to make it worse, it’s Saturday there’s no one working in the office and now my elderly mother who can barely walk has to come outside and get in her car, to use her key when the machine, which should’ve worked, to let us in. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!
