I have been in the rental business for over 20 years and with Hearthside Management Company since 2021. Hearthside has provided the most comprehensive management service that I have had. The company cares about your property and serves with Heart, skills, and knowledge. The recent action by Terry, her Team Leader and Randy (owner) in helping me address a refrigeration need for a tenant, without cost saving me several hundred dollars in rental fees, is an example of their caring exemplary service. I highly recommend Hearthside if you are looking for a property management company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing company. I moved forward with an application only after receiving written text confirmation that a unit could be pre-leased for August. Nearly two weeks later, I was informed that the owner would no longer allow a pre-lease. Changing terms after providing written confirmation is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of proper coordination and due diligence before offering units to prospective tenants. This last-minute reversal forced me back into a more competitive and expensive rental market, causing unnecessary stress and financial impact. This company is the least competent company I've ever dealt with. They rules the go by change constantly. They charge you outrageous fees for late payments and evictions making it nearly imposissible to ever get ahead. Andrea with the gold team always has an attitude no matter what the issue and never seems to understand what she is saying. Not to mention they charge ypu 40 a month for some fake rewards program that never provides any benefits. So glad I moved out of their property. Do not recommend to anyone.

As an out of state property owner it is important to have a great management team to care for my rental properties. I have been with hearthside rental since 2009. I highly recommend Randy Cox and his team to manage your property.
