Hearth Apartments

I have been living at Hearth for about two months now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of a park, library, elementary school, and shopping center. The apartment offers excellent amenities, and the management team is very efficient. Recently, I submitted a maintenance request for my shower room, and it was fixed the next day. I highly recommend Hearth to everyone considering it, especially for those who have just moved to the area. It’s very welcoming to new residents. The living environment is comfortable, and the management team provides thorough and attentive service to residents.

Extremely disappointing experience due to three ongoing issues: a poorly handled water damage crisis, frequent nighttime fire alarms, and a significant rent increase at renewal. First, the water damage incident revealed serious problems with management. In December 2025, an overnight pipe burst flooded multiple units, forcing several residents to evacuate around 4–5 AM. Despite the emergency, the leasing office provided no immediate response—no communication, no guidance, and no explanation for days. When residents tried to contact management, emails were ignored or answered with vague responses that did not address the situation. I’ve had a great experience living at Hearth so far! The management team is incredibly responsible and helpful. Recently, one of my packages went missing, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find it. They checked the mailroom and the lockers multiple times until it was finally located. Aside from their accountability, the maintenance team is also very impressive—they respond to requests quickly and get things fixed right away. Living here has been a smooth and pleasant experience. It’s really convenient to live here because there’s a library, Safeway, and a playground all within walking distance. Having so many useful places nearby makes everyday life so much easier. The management team is also very responsive. Whenever we submit a maintenance request or have any concerns, they handle it quickly, which we really appreciate. We’ve been living here for three years now, and we truly enjoy it. The recent Valentine’s Day event was also such a fun and thoughtful touch. It really made us feel part of the community!

We have been living at Hearth for over a year and recently moved from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom unit. We genuinely enjoy living here. We initially chose Hearth because of Central Park, and we love being able to enjoy the park view directly from our home. The maintenance service has been great — service requests are always handled promptly and efficiently. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the common areas are consistently clean and well maintained. A few months ago, there were some late-night fire alarm false alarms, which were a bit disruptive, but we haven’t experienced any recently. Overall, we are very happy with our living experience at Hearth and would recommend it.
