Hearth Apartment Homes

The apartments are cheaply built but look nice enough. There’s a real mix of people living here and a lot of children, with very relaxed community rules. You can hear your neighbors, especially above. And if you do hear them? Management is a group of mean girls who pick and choose who they like and make decisions based on that. They won’t return calls of people they don’t like. People loiter in the parking lot. Dog owners don’t pick up their poop. It’s chaotically managed but is a place to live and relatively safe, which is why it got two stars. I won’t be renewing my lease.

So far so good! We moved here 3 months ago and have really enjoyed it so far. The clubhouse is lovely, the gym is well-kept and accessible 24/7, the grounds are kept neat and tidy, the staff is efficient, professional, and reasonable, and we’ve met only friendly neighbors so far. Not to mention the flow of the actual apartment makes sense and functions well. Any issues we’ve had have been minor and quickly resolved. We wish parking were a little easier for two-car families but overall this has been a great experience so far.

I love my apartment so much. The maintenance team is top tier here. Julia has been so helpful with anything I’ve needed while living here 5/5 stars isn’t enough!

**Updated to reply: Maggie, I've called the number you provided 5 separate times in the past week and left a detailed message with all of my contact information - not to mention the written documentation I've provided via email in 2023. MG Properties has had everything they need to reach me and resolve this, but I have received zero contact or follow-up. Please don't disrespect me with a canned response like this to something actively and negatively impacting me due to your company's negligence.** Stay FAR away from Hearth Apartments and MG Properties. We’ve lived at Hearth for over 2 years now and have absolutely loved this community. They have only the best ammenities that are always so well kept, the gym, pool, clubhouse, community outdoor furnished areas! One of the things we appreciate the most is definitely the staff, from the two ladies of the admin team in the office to the maintenance guys (Terry and Ozzy) they have been so professional, efficient/quick, and kind everytime we have needed any kind of help. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
