Inspector (Magnus) was friendly professional and educational. He did a thorough inspection and took time to answer questions and explain everything in detail. The report was detailed and will be very beneficial when tending to the items of issue.

Adequate inspection of Seller’s residence except for the jetted tub on the lanai. I actually needed an inspection of that one single item but it wasn’t disclosed to me that inspection of pools and hot tubs are an additional inspection with additional fees. And since the inspection was done 13 hours past the window to have the Seller pay for repairing the 16 items needing remediation, I will have to pay for everything after closing, which I believe I can pay from my life savings, as I am not practicing anymore.
