These people are 100% evil . Knowingly renting out apartments in miles city, Montana that is so severely water damaged and full of mold with spore and hyphal fragment counts lab test confirmed considered 20 thousand times higher than what's considered safe and possibly carcinogenic. That equals out to be that every single breath you take in that apartment has mold spores in it. It caused me a lifelong debilitating illness and I'm currently disabled from working by my doctor due to the severity of symptoms have done nothing but suffer for the last 3 years of my life because of that hell hole. Moved into a unit that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Im picky so that was acceptable. Try to always have my rent paid 2 weeks before it's due but was told to wait to pay until the 1st bcuz it was too much trouble. Asked repeatedly to have buckets, planting products and trash removed from sidewalk but it never did get done. Mice everywhere. Traffic noise and Sirens all the time. Always issues with parking. The actual apt was good. Very tiny kitchen but functional. Power was great. My unit was good other than no AC.

This review is in regards to the Santa Fe Arms property managed by this company. Pros: Cheap/paid utilities Westend location Decent sized units Month to month leases Cons: Where do I begin? Years ago this place was considered a really nice place to live. It no longer is! It looks like ZERO maintenance has been done on the upkeep of the building in the last 15 years. The courtyard reeks of cigarette smoke, the plants are dying, there are cigarette butts and burns in the carpets (fire hazard?!) on the stairs, the safety of the building has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. There are security doors that used to be locked after 9PM that are no longer locked. This allows traffic of unwanted guests to "squat" in the courtyard and be loud/fight all night. It's okay but they don't fix things right away or replace outdated appliances. They don't take rent out when it's paid. You have to pay with a check or money order. We paid our rent last week and they still haven't cashed our check. Updated: 09/11/20. Updated on 11/13/2023... I currently reside at 8th Ave apartments been there for almost 21 years. They recently removed all washers and dryers from all buildings and now.we have no way of washing our clothes and we have no laundromat nearby for us to take our clothes to.

I currently rent from HDA. The building I reside in is extreamly old, there's always something needing to be fixed. That being said the maintenance guy they have doesn't know anything about being a maintenance man. I have repeatedly called to have my air conditioner looked at and 5 calls later I'm still soaking up water. Update: after moving out, I was sent a $5000 bill for repairs and damages that I repeatedly called on.
