Working with HD Realty, especially Jason Anderson, (and all of their family & staff) was such a wonderful experience! From day one, they made renting feel simple and stress-free. Anytime something came up—whether it was repairs, renewals, or questions—they immediately communicated with the owner and kept us informed every step of the way. That level of communication and care meant so much to us. One thing I want future renters to understand is that HD Realty is the middle man between you and the property owner. They don’t make the final decisions—that’s up to the owner—but they work hard to make the process smooth, and in our case, they were the best middle man we could ask for. My wife and I spent 4 years with HD Realty and sadly we are moving out of the area. HD Realty is the best, most friendly, most professional, and most supportive property management team I have ever experienced. We worked most closely with Jason who was always happy to take my call any time of day. Jan, in the office, was always such a pleasure to chat with and was always so helpful and understanding. We also had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Annette on occasion when Jason or Jan were unavailable. I strongly recommend HD Realty to everyone who wishes a simple and stress free experience with renting. The HD Realty team has become our family and we will miss them. Thank you!!

Using this company for my rental property was one of the biggest life mistakes I have made. My rental home was impacted by hurricane Ian in which 4ft of water entered the unit. I found this out by messaging my neighbor the day in which Hurricane Ian hit Orlando, I did not hear anything from HD realty. I immediately messaged Jason from HD REALTY about the urgent manner, but he was convinced nothing bad happened and didn’t check the property that day; in fact he didn’t check the property until a week after. I urged him to enter the property everyday for a week, but he gave me every excuse to not do his job. I had to look up the rights as a home owner and tell him we only needed to issue a 24hr notice when a natural disaster occurred to enter the unit. A week of going back and forth and he fi

If you ever consider renting a property managed by this company, think twice and then RUN AWAY from them as far as you can! This will be a long review but worthy of reading. First, they didn’t gave us the keys of the house we rented in time because, supposedly they hired someone to clean the house. We went into the house and it was extremely dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. There was broken glass on the floor near the refrigerator. The toilet seat was in horrible condition; it even had dry stool on it. The lawn was really long and to top it all… the A/C unit was not working. It was hot as hell! We decided to stay because we just relocated from out of state and had nowhere to go. THESE PEOPLE ARE SO HORRIBLE IN SHOWING DECENCY AND RESPECT!!!! THEY THREATENED MY WIFE OVER THE PHONE WITH FALSE FELONY CHARGES!!! SHE DISPUTED THEIR FEES AFTER MOVING OUT AND THEY THREATENED HER!!! THEY CLAIM WE OWE THEM $7,000+ !!!! AFTER YOU MOVE OUT THEY WANT TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND OVER CHARGE FOR OUTRAGEOUS SO-CALLED CLEANING FEES!!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!
