It's nice here. Clean. Affordable. Convenient location. Well-maintained. Most of our neighbors are very sweet and a pleasure to talk to. Staff are excellent. Natalie, Alex, Victor and Angel are wonderful! My wife and I are happy living here. We have no issue with the parking situation, nearby train noise, and startling Disneyland fireworks on any given evening. That being said..Our only complaints are: What's the deal with all of the screaming stray cats running around here 24/7?! And the pitbull who does nothing but bark and howl every 10 minutes?! Not cool. Edit: Seriously though...is that yowling cat outside belong to another resident or is it a stray? Every day and night! Should I call Anaheim animal control?

Since The new owners took over. We have had a problem with parking. Up on purchase. We all had assigned parking spaces which they eliminated and now they are initiating a new system. However, there is a lack of communication from the office to the tenants concerning this matter. I turned in on my paperwork last year and now they're telling me that I need to start all over again with the paperwork and they've already started signing parking spaces according to how the paperwork is turned in. Mind you, they did not notify us that they were accepting new paperwork and applications. This has been an ongoing problem with the lack of communication between the office and the tenants. The office staffs are professional and friendly but some of residents are unfriendly. It has been six days since I moving in this apartment, I have been bitten by mosquitoes seven times:(
