Hazel SouthPark Apartments

I lived at hazel for a year, and now have to move to another state and I loved the property management team so much I decided to lease with another apartment under the same management company in Florida. It has been a great experience. Starting with the residents , your neighbors are a mixture of business professionals, friendly families and other welcoming tenants. The apartment is premium quality ! No other place in southpark has finishes like theirs , Real granite countertops , beautiful freshly waxed wood floors . 10ft ceilings im telling you it geourgous . I feel compelled to write a review because I don't understand some of the negative feedback about my building. I've lived here for almost two years, and while no place is perfect, Hazel has never let me down. I absolutely love living here. Each morning, I enjoy my coffee in the lobby, chat with the friendly concierge, and then head to work. Many evenings, I walk to nearby restaurants and shops, appreciating the convenience of not having to drive. Hazel consistently deserves five stars in my opinion. A big thank you to the staff for keeping the building clean and organizing great events.

I moved to Hazel in 2024 and it was the best decision I could have made. At the time, I was moving from a great property to SouthPark in order to reduce stress. I could not have asked for a better place. The office staff, the front desk, the pool days, the evening convos over wine in the lobby, and every other amazing experience made this one of the best places I lived in Charlotte. Everything I needed was within a 5-10 minute walk. I love food, and some of the best restaurants in Charlotte were within walking distance of Hazel. You cannot go wrong living here. I loved my neighbors, the staff, and the location and if I ever return to Charlotte, this will be my first stop.

The amenities are top-notch, and the community atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant. Whether it’s the state-of-the-art fitness center, the serene pool area, or the beautifully landscaped grounds, every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. I drove all the way from Vail, Co in a 3 day span with a townhouse in SouthEnd secured and ready to move -in. However, when I viewed the area- I was not happy with the surrounding environment; so I canceled my application. That same hour- I walked in at Hazel in SouthPark with no appointment. Kelli was so gracious to take me on tour after she just toured a couple. She was kind and professional and was very efficient with having me move in a timely manner.
