Hazel by the Galleria

I loved my experience at Hazel during my tour. I didn’t have a tour scheduled but Peyton at the front desk was more than happy to help me and had an overall very welcoming attitude! The community was great and I am definitely considering leasing here once my lease is up this June. Overall great experience and terrific hospitality from the leasing agents!

Where to start! First, I want to thank Annabel, the assistant manager, for all the help she gave me while resolving an issue I had. She handled everything in a timely and professional manner. She was very communicative, kind, and made sure I felt heard throughout the entire resolution. Having management that truly cares makes a huge difference for me, and Annabel was a great example of that during our interaction. Second, I want to highlight how much I genuinely enjoy living at Hazel by the Galleria. The amenity filled community is well-maintained, conveniently located, and has an overall welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend living here!

Rebeca is an exceptional leasing professional! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making everything smooth and stress-free. I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I can’t express how happy I am living here. To start off the amenities are always clean (including the dog park which is a huge bonus for me). Everyone is so friendly and quick to respond to any questions and fix issues/concerns that have come up. Peyton, specifically, has been wonderful helping me out with any concerns or questions! I had an issue with my refrigerator and first thing the next morning I had a new one replaced. I truly have nothing bad to say about this complex. I would highly recommend living here!

I’ve been here for a while now and I love my apt! Specially the gym and the saunas. Maintenance is pretty quick at doing my requests. Leasing office is the best, if I have any questions they are fast to help. Totally recommend living here!
