Haywood Village Apartment

Been living here for a little over a year and a half and the experience so far has been great. Brenston and Tonya are extremely helpful and responsive! I have never had to wait more than a day for any response regarding maintenance requests. The interior is updated, washer dryer is in unit, and the location is perfect for walking down haywood road. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Have been living here for nine months at this point. The move-in was smooth (as far as the apartment and property management goes). The location is absolutely fantastic—you're right in the heart of West Asheville, with easy access to all the vibrant shops, restaurants, and breweries that make the area so special. I've lived in Asheville for five years and West Asheville has always been my favorite part of town, I love walking along Haywood road. What really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere. The community felt welcoming and friendly, and the grounds were well-maintained and clean. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable (I believe the place was just built in 2015) and the management team is responsive and helpful. Lived here for 5 years, and had a mostly positive experience. Have heard from old neighbors that dealing with Altamus is worse than during my time there though. This was originally posted after I left around May 2021. Pros: -Dog-friendly apartments & a small dog park area (not amazing for running+playing since it's just mulch & a bench, but is fine for a dog bathroom break before/after work). Generally I walked my dog through the neighborhood behind the apt complex to get his exercise. -Bottom floor gets nice concrete floors that are easy to clean and the apt stays relatively cool during the summer -Bedrooms and the main living area have a good amount of space, and the tile shower is nice -Great location in West Asheville near a lot of restaurants/bars -Generally good neighbors at the t

Nice apartments (I liked the cool wall in the living room) but 0 amenities, paper thin walls and rude office staff. It's not worth dealing with the seemingly high school aged staff. They need to work on their professional communication skills.

Let me begin with saying I’ve been on the on-site side as well as the vendor side of property management for years. I’ve never seen a team, specifically maintenance, step up as much and go above and beyond like Brenston and the front office team did. So hurricane Helene hits. The power goes out, we have no cell service, electricity, or running water. Brenston kept the grills stocked up with propane so we could enjoy cooked meals. The office team was incredibly communicative and helpful as soon as we all could check our phones and emails! They provided real time updates as well as immediate help and resources for supplies, showers, and even went as far as to find a well water source that was safe for us to receive water from almost daily! The team even came into each unit and cleaned ou
