Hayward Title Group

There is a huge drop off on professionalism and courtesy in my honest opinion from previous years to now. I knew while sitting in the conference room waiting to close that this would be my last time closing with this company. I received my settle fee the day of closing. The person over the closing never left his or her office to clear up any questions I may or may not have had it was just not the experience I was accustomed to to receiving at that place

We have done many transactions over the years, and there's no one we would rather work with than Hayward Title Group. Joey and the team are very responsive and get things done quickly, and David always makes the closing a comfortable experience for everyone. We've even had some complicated transactions, and Hayward always gets the job done.

Excellent service and great communication. From start to finish, Stephanie was on point with a recent transaction. Not only did we close a week early, but we closed electronically despite an initial in office appointment. Thanks, Hayward Title.

Over the last couple of years we have used Hayward at least 4 times. The group was always available to answer questions leading up to the closings on our homes. Very knowledgeable and respond very quickly with any answers.
