Hayden Square Apartments

I would like to say thanks for the staff at Hayden Square Apartments, Yuma. They have treated me very well. They do a very good job. Viridiana and Eduardo make sure that the property is well kept and functional. Eduardo is a very hard worker in the maintenance department. He's there when you need him. And he gets things done quickly. To me, these people are more than managers. They are my friends. I'm a happy camper here at Hayden Square Apartments. It's a safe and pleasant place to live. Every time I drive in, I think about how much I hate living here. Does that give you an idea? The buildings are so outdated and ugly. The kitchen is tiny and dark and impossible to cook in. There are no outlets in the bathroom-- to use a hair dryer, you have to plug an extension cord into a bedroom outlet!! Management does nothing about noisy pets, so I can't even walk into my living room without being deafened by the screeching of my neighbor's chihuahuas. Maintenance is supposed to take 48 hours, but I've had requests in for nearly a year and nothing has been done about them. They recently repaved the parking lot, and sent out letters saying it would take two weeks-- it took over two months. The personal patio is nice, and the bedroom closet is a great size. Living at Hayden Square Apartments is like being part of a sitcom – but not the funny kind. As a house cleaner for one of the tenants, I've seen the maintenance team bumble through repairs, leaving more loose ends than a poorly written TV pilot.My client, who’s disabled, reported mold in her bathroom from a previous leak. Their brilliant solution? 'Just buy some bleach.' It's like they were auditioning for the role of 'Least Helpful Maintenance Team Ever.' This approach to serious health issues is beyond concerning and makes Hayden Square Apartments look like a joke – just not the funny kind.

The apartments are really outdated. There's no outlets in the bathroom, the kitchen set up makes it really uncomfortable to cook! You do have a patio but the so called fense is pretty short which doesn't give you that much privacy at all. Also they have roaches even though they have sent the pest control they can't rid of them and I'm been here for about 7 months. Overall I think they charge too much for what they offer and the only reason I got this place is because I was caught on a tough situation. Save you money and look around you'll probably find a nicer and even 2 bedroom place for about the same amount of money

Had to help a relative move out asap: due to the old night night don’t let the BED BUGS BITE! Flooding upon flooding in the kitchen and bathroom. Pretty much would work til they left.. overall disappointing.
