Hawthorne

I recently visited this apartment community as a prospective resident and had a great experience. I was lucky enough to be helped by the property manager, Maritza, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave a great tour of the apartments. The community was clean, well-maintained, and the apartments were beautiful. Overall, it was a very positive visit and left a great impression.

The apartments were spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the overall community had a really nice atmosphere. I left with a very positive impression and would definitely recommend checking it out.

I was very impressed by Cynthia. She helped me on my tour and we viewed two units. She was very transparent and answered all my questions. I did see a homeless person on property and she took care of it right away without even hesitating. One unit I toured I saw two ROACHES in the bathroom other than that the property is beautiful just built in 1996. Please check under the sinks and bathrooms for any pests or cockroaches before signing.

I must say Cynthia Alvarez was absolutely fabulous. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and showed me and my fiancee several apartments. She went above and beyond to make sure that the apartment i choice would be ready for my move in next month. I looked at several apartments that I was considering but after meeting Cynthia it was a no brainer for me. She definitely the reason we will be make Hawthorne our home.

I must say that The Hawthorne was not one of my first choices due to location however Cynthia A made mine and my husbands whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Which is exactly what we are looking for more than anything. Where we’re currently at, it takes weeks just to hear back regarding an air filter. Everyone at The Hawthorne is so welcoming and attentive. Cynthia is the main reason why we’re leaning towards making The Hawthorne our new home for the Holidays!! She cared about our personal situations and her energy is just soooo contagious!! Thank you Cynthia!!! Bless your soul :D
