Purchased a spec home in Acacia Creek in early 2022 from them, that I sold a few months ago due to work relocation. The process couldn’t have been more seamless, and the quality of the home for the price point was very good. You’d expect things like nail pops and some settling to occur in the first year, but this house had virtually none of it. Their team was responsive and any warranty claims were handled promptly and with quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking at a quality new construction at a good value.

Disappointed with the Experience I built my first home in 2020. I chose this company because they portrayed themselves as a provider that cared about their clients. At first, they came across as friendly and accommodating, which gave me hope for a smooth process. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. As the build progressed, I was made to feel like a burden anytime I raised questions or concerns. Communication became one-sided—I’d bring up issues often feeling unheard or dismissed. The lack of respect was incredibly frustrating. I expected professionalism, not to be dismissed for simply wanting clarity on my own project.

Closed on our new home what will be 3 years this October 2024. Our air conditioner is leaking refrigerant and they will take no responsibility for this, even though there has been something wrong since the beginning but since it has a micro leak under the foundation, we didn’t know for this long and will have to run new lines and have already paid $650 in refrigerant and will need more refrigerant once the new lines are placed and since it is past the 2 years but technically still in the 2 years since we haven’t hit 3 yet they don’t want to take any responsibility. With prices of houses and air conditioning it should last way longer than 2 years. Also paid extra to have our garage insulated and a crack all down the seen which they weren’t going to fix but the subcontractor did anyways an

I bought a house from them 3 years ago. I love the layout of my home. My one complaint was the time it took them to plant my yard. I would take a good look at the siding as mine and several other people have had theirs come off. The neighborhood is nice. It could use some better lighting and a play area for all the kids and dogs. It’s a first time and downsizing kind of neighborhood.

Second time building with Hawthorn. The field staff and office staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is such a variety of floor plans that we were able to get everything we wanted. Find myself recommending to family and friends often. Would recommend to anyone!
