I live in Hawn 2 building my garbage disposal stopped working for about a week put in a service request for my maintenance technician. Adrian was able to come into my unit and repair My garbage disposal he was very professional and quick. I hope this gets him the recognition as a great maintenance technician.

I had some very important medical supplies that had been delayed due to winter weather and the delivery wasn’t arriving at the times it was supposed to. Natasha and Summer helped me track my package and even alerted me to when it had arrived! I would’ve been in a pretty bad situation if it wasn’t for their help and willingness to go the extra mile for me. Thanks you two!

I live in Hunt two building and my technician Adrian was very professionally and very quick to my Maintenance request. He was able to get it done before I got home from work so thank you very much and I hope this gets in the recognition as a very good and professional maintenance technician with the company.

I come to visit my friend there and every time I come the hallways always has a disgusting smell from the dogs
