Kevin Edwards was terrible to work with. Or shall I say not work with. Would not return emails or phone messages. Even when trying to establish a lease he could still not return messages or info me of the progress. Oh well I have taken my business elsewhere and would warn potential buyers don't waste a month of your time trying to deal with this company

Pete Hawkins actions cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Pete is a very dishonest person. After taking my money he didn't close on the property or reply to emails or phone calls.Then he tried to cover up his mistakes . And after 4 years no one has reached out to help.pete destroy my life. Just remember the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Not sure how to reply to your comment so I'm typing it here. Pete didn't follow the law had nothing to do with my expertertion.

Kevin was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! Highly recommended!

All I have to say is Kevin is an ok guy, he's a lot more of a caring, & compationate man when he isn't having to BE THE BOSS.
