From the moment we toured the property, it was clear this was a community built with care and attention to detail for the tenants. The staff we’ve worked with, have been incredibly welcoming and professional. Brenden was no nice from the first inquiry on the phone and throughout the application process. He’s always there to get everything done for you and fun to work with. Cherise showed us 10-15 different units and was so generous with her time and patience, she’s very kind. Building a building is easy but building a home is hard. There’s something about this island and especially the Hawkins, that makes people actually come together. It wasn’t planned or forced, it just happened. And for the first time in years of living in places like Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Hillsborough, I feel at home. The difference here is the way the management team responds to it. They don’t see residents as an entity to be managed. They noticed that something rare was forming, a real community, and instead of getting in the way, they chose to protect and support it. Hawkins Apartments is a wonderful community with beautiful, spacious homes. We’re so happy we chose to live here on Treasure Island! With the ongoing redevelopment, there are a few new apartments in the area, but we chose Hawkins for its modern design and incredibly supportive management team. We truly appreciate the Hawkins management team for their friendly and helpful assistance—they make living here such a great experience. I recently toured Hawkins Apartments on Treasure Island and was very impressed. The building is brand new and beautifully designed, with sweeping views that capture the Bay Bridge, San Francisco’s skyline, and Alcatraz. It’s rare to find such a peaceful setting with direct ferry access that makes getting into the city so convenient. Meira, the leasing agent, was exceptionally well-informed, kind, and courteous. She knew the island inside and out and answered every question with detail. Brendon, the manager, also made sure I saw everything the property had to offer and gave me a full sense of what living here would be like. Overall, Hawkins Apartments is a standout option for anyone looking for modern living with unmatched views and a strong connection to the city.

I’m not a resident at Hawkins, but I visit a close friend who lives there and I’m over on Treasure Island all the time. Taking the ferry over is honestly one of my favorite parts. The ride is quick, smooth, and the views alone make it worth the trip, especially on a nice day. Hawkins has become a regular hangout for me, especially with the weekly game nights. The vibe is always fun and welcoming, and you can tell the building really leans into building a sense of community. I’ve also been to a few of the concerts Gold Bar hosts with live DJs, and those nights are always a blast. Even as a visitor, I always feel right at home here.
