Gloria Cardozo is such a pleasure to work with! With so much going on around us, it is easy to forget each time she needs something completed by the HOA Board and kindly reminds us all each day. Gloria is very patient and professional even during the hardest of times. She is not out to take advantage ever and only wants the best for us that she even sends multiple offers of other competition so we know we are getting the best bang for our buck. She is available 24/7 so when we ask for something she has it completed by end of business that same day guaranteed! If you want someone who actually cares about their clients, wants the best for them as if she was in your shoes Gloria is the best out there without a doubt. I could send one of these every week so I just want to show my appreciation

I am writing this in regards to my property at Brentwood Of Boca. I just noticed that Hawkeye has not been collecting my monthly HOA dues through the automated payment system that I have been using from long time(using it from around 2017). I see that from Sept 2024, the monthly HOA payment is not collected and now it’s a big amount of pending balance including the monthly late fees of $50 per month. I want to discuss what changed on Hawkeye’s end around September 2024 that stopped collecting my monthly automated HOA payment. I haven’t changed any Bank account nor my checking account number. I tried calling the Boca Raton office to discuss on this but I did not get an answer. The staff hung up the call when I asked the question without giving me an answer on what caused the change in the

Gloria Cardozo is the best community manager my HOA has ever had. She is very responsive to calls and emails and has an extremely friendly demeanor. I appreciate all of her hard work and effort to help resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her!

Hawk-Eye Management does a great job managing their properties, and providing continued education opportunities to their managers so they stay informed as to how best to provide for their communities. They are great communicators and reliable.
