Unfortunately, consistently disappointed with the level of service provided by this HOA management company. Communication is severely lacking—phone calls to multiple listed numbers go unanswered, and messages often go without a response for extended periods, if at all. When I have managed to get through, the communication has been vague and unhelpful. As a homeowner, it's frustrating to feel ignored when trying to resolve community concerns or get clarity on important issues. A management company should be responsive, organized, and proactive—unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I hope to see significant improvements in their responsiveness and professionalism moving forward.

I would give this company a zero star. They collect money without keeping the account ledgers up to date. For myself, I wanted a breakdown from the beginning of my payment concerns, and the representative (Daphne), who I was working with doesn't respond to my complaint. I then request status of my previous email approximately a week later, and she sends a similar email response. This business is horrible!!

Quite possibly one of the worst companies I have worked with as a Realtor. They charge hundreds of dollars to obtain electronic HOA documents that can literally be sent with a push of a button, and yet they fail to meet their own Pre-set deadlines. Just Awful 😞

Worst HOA management company in the world. Not to mantion Hawaiiana isn't even a word. Disgraceful the way they handle business. Try to nickle and dime you everyway possible. The account managers eitehr run you in circles and redirect you to a number that has no answer or they just repeat the same things over and over.

Hawaiiana did not warn about Sex offender on the board My family and I recently moved into a new-construction HOA community managed by Hawaiiana. Because the building was newly established, an HOA board had not yet been formed. When Hawaiiana opened nominations for the first board, several residents volunteered to be placed on the ballot, and some were ultimately elected. However, a significant concern arose when it became clear that a registered sex offender had been included on the ballot without any notification to homeowners. Considering that our HOA pays Hawaiiana over $100,000 annually for management services, it is reasonable to expect a basic level of screening--at minimum, a simple check of publicly available information such as the state sex offender registry.
