One if the cheapest yet decent in the area. I didn’t have problems with them until moved out where they held $250 of my security deposit over obvious errors - put wrong amount of the security deposit, no deposits for gate remotes and also late fee for the final rent days where I asked pay or not to. I provided all documents with no success. It’s plain and simple steal from 76 years old tenant who left apartment in the original condition and never missed a payment. I’ll remove this feedback if they return otherwise file a small claim in the court.
