Haverford Court Apartments

While we only had a year’s lease since we were not in Philly long, living there was a good experience with helpful staff that communicated well. Maintenance was quick and friendly. Large interiors with extra closet and storage space. Appreciated the balcony. Liked no carpet which was cat friendly. Nice kitchen with eat at bar. Heating and air worked well and utilities were reasonable. Shared washers and dryers were excellent with a very helpful app to keep track of when machines finished. Lots of parking spaces. Good mail and package location room. Other tenants friendly. Safe location. Secure exterior. Right next door to public library. In very good shape for an older apartment complex.

Had consistently negative and unprofessional experiences with management. My first tour was approved for a day when no one was there (and no one thought to let me know. Found out by chance after 20 minutes of waiting outside). When we wanted to move forward with our application we were treated with an unpleasant attitude and an unwillingness to assist us. Glad we found someplace else.

Been living here for 20 years no problems when ever something breaks their right there to fix it. Never had a major problem with management or maintenance, they are their when you need them. I feel very safe.

I have been living here for 10 years and some neighbors are more friendly than others. The buildings are kept clean daily and the Maintenace and Management staff are always willing to help when needed. It will be nice again (once the virus is over) to continue having activities in our community room. This is how you meet your new residents and their family. The area is close for you to go to the drug store, dollar stores and any fast food services. Several buses stop right in front of building.

I I have lived here for 15 years from 2009 of November and it has been a professional and peaceful experience. Any service request that I put in is always handled efficiently and professionaly. There are always a follow up by Emily to make sure that my request was done and to know if I was satisfied with the job.
