Neighbors are extremely nosy and watched every single person who lived there. It took almost six months to receive my deposit refund and then they deducted $50 from it for an undisclosed reason. I have reached out on numerous occasions from the corporate office only to be given the runaround from the business. I asked for a breakdown for the deduction and after a year of moving out, I have not received any reply. This is considered theft by the property manager because I left the apartment clean as noted. There were birds that made a nest right under my patio and this was not my responsibility to clean it. This is a senior community that is safe for seniors to live. It has plenty of lighting. They also have handicapped accessible apartments. When I moved in they were new, I have been here 2 years now. We have a maintenance man on site, he is pretty quick to come to your aid. Our apartment manager is nice and always helpful. It is somewhere I would recommend highly.

Worse place to rent from. The manager lies about everything and also has a nasty attitude. Check with BBB under Fairway management, and you will find they have a poor rating. Cars get broke into several times, spiders and bugs infest apartments and they want you to buy stuff to spray them for. Every year they go up on rent. Worse place in Cochran to live especially with the sorry excuse for a manager.

A very nice place for Seniors to live, Pam is so Awesome she took care of me, make sure everything was done professionally. The property manager Ms.Bre was also very helpful and professional, any Senior who is looking for a very place to live I recommend Havenwood Daisy, they are new and very nice, and affordable. I am looking forward to moving into my new place. Excellent Customer Service from Pam and Ms.Bre. keep up the good work!!!!!
