First off Google has the address wrong. 19984 W 162nd St Olathe KS 66062 Second, I have never been lied to by this company. They have rented my property for me and done a professional job so far. There are some bumps in getting on the same page but that is to be expected. I think it is important they find a good tenant who does not default and they send the check on time. Not sure you why you would recommend to STAY FAR AWAY based off of he said/she said information between tenant and Haven. There job is to collect and notify. My job is to decide and pay. I have had multiple issues and so far they have addressed my needs. They are a small business and not a corporate conglomerate so yes there are some office procedures that could be improved. Overall I am satisfied.

I used to live at 2000 W 36th Ave duplex. It was fine but when I moved out to PA they have never returned my security deposit. I left Jan.1st and today is Sept.5th... 9 month and they do not answer phones nor emails not even requests on their website.. Do not do business with these guys ever.... I will remove my comment if I get my money back.

First, none of the listed addresses for this company are accurate. In fact, we have no idea where they are located. Second, doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. Third, has inaccurate information on his clients and properties.
