While Haven pointe may have some wonderful amenities, they lack in basic human dignity. They will absolutely tow your car away and not blink an eye. $300 plus is what you pay every time you have a visitor. The kicker is that plenty of vehicles park in the designated 'guest parking' spots that have no tags what so ever, even when your vistor actually has tags! They absolutely get kick backs from towing you're vehicle away. It's all family run and you should also run far away from here. Management is terrible. Maintenance is also lacking . You'll have your smoke detectors chirping for days!!!! You are also mandated to pay an extra $30 a month for trash collection, however you'll be lucky if they actually take it! There have been countless days where no garbage has been collected, -besides
I’ve been really impressed with Haven Pointe at Carolina Forest. The community is gorgeous and always so well-kept! Everything from the landscaping to the common areas looks great. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the location really couldn’t be better! It’s close to shops and restaurants but still feels quiet and private. Kasey does a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly and always makes residents feel welcome and cared for.
I recently visited Haven Pointe at Carolina Forest to tour some of the units, and I had such a great experience! The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the layouts of the apartments are thoughtfully designed. What really stood out, though, was how kind and welcoming the staff was. A special shoutout to Kasey Barnhart, who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and a smile. Even though I’m not a tenant (yet!), I left with such a positive impression of both the property and the people who work there. If you’re considering a place in the Carolina Forest area, I would definitely recommend stopping by Haven Pointe. The apartments are gorgeous, and the staff—especially K
I lived in unit # 312, on 1017 Scotney Lane, for two years from 10/26/2023 to 09/10/2025. My lease expired 11/24/2025. The reason why I left, is because of my upstairs neighbor on the 2nd floor directly above me, in unit # 322, was constantly making foot stopping sounds, bangs, booms, and dropping things on the floor. This kind of nonsense is just redundanty unexceptible. Management didn't care. They took the neighbor in unit# 322 side of the issue. My advice to the potential tenants is, don't accept unit # 312. at the above stated address. Unless that tenant in question moved out. Also there was issues with velvet trash pick up crew. There were times, they failed to pick up my trash. So I decided to take out my own trash, but still was charged $30,00 added to my monthly rent. Plus, k
Moving into Haven Pointe at Carolina Forest has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to help with any issues. The community feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of amenities like the pool, gym, and dog park. The location is perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. Overall, it’s a comfortable, quiet place to call home and glad we settled on this one.
