Haven Park Apartments

I have lived at this location for almost 7 years and have seen it managed by several different property managers. The current property management company over Haven Park Apartments is Princeton Property Management. The also manage The Jax, The Ava and several other locations between Portland and Washington. In the time they have been responsible for managing Haven Park I have had a maintenance technician enter my home without permission which I made complaints about a year ago that they continue to refuse to address despite my continued efforts to foster a conversation. I have been threatened to have non rent amounts that are past due sent to collections without them ever having established a time period within which such actions would be taken and no mention of being sent to collections p

Haven park is a small community with an amazing community manager! Large floor plans, quarts count tops, washer and dryer, and hardwood type floors throughout makes this a perfect place to call home. The team at the property makes a huge difference. Thank you Taylor for being so awesome and helping me with all my questions and concerns! Would recommend for sure!!!

Those shrubs are your AC! No pool, either. The amount of rent they charge people to live in this cookie box of heat won’t be very happy in, say, JULY. I watched this building being constructed, and all I could do was feel badly for the potential tenants.

We’ve been here for three years and love it! The community is small and the management is very kind and accommodating. Maintenance is so on top of it and the walls aren’t too thin haha!

Quiet little place close to everything! Good neighbors, lovely trees. Pets allowed! Fenced dog area. Rent is spendy for what you get with no ac, pool, gym, or visitor parking, and trash area was frequently disgusting. However the rest of the property is nice. Some covered lit parking and no drug deals next to the bedroom window. Nice park a short walk away and 2 minutes drive from the mall, fast food, mini Mart, restaurants, etc. Location location location.
